i have a few questions about time travel.when you travel thru time where do you go?do you stay in same spot but are mmoving so fast that no one can see you or are you and in the machine your in converted to a different form of energy and then transported? Also some friends of mine think time travel is possible but has to be a set date which to travel back to.For example they said that if they built a machine that keeps a constant out going signal and they activated it in march,3,1999 and when they build the time machine it could only go back as far as march,3,1999 because thats when the first constant signal for time came.its doesnt make since kind of,but you have to put it into imagination.. Any thoughts on this idea?
 
I think you are referring to Dr. Mallets work.

I havent seen any material as far as how well Dr. Mallets work is proceeding. They air a show about it on one of the science channels on television, but havent done any follow up work regarding the statis of his work.

As far as the other questions you ask, I refer you to the Key of Time Thread. Remember, most information regarding any time travel are only theories at this time, and any ideas you come up with may be as valid as anyone elses.
