You can't PROSECUTE PEOPLE for "known" "alleged" "underground" "SOCIAL SIGNALS"?....
Why not arrest all the people with Piercings... We hear they are into "kinky" sex...
And why stop there... Let's go after the "Tatoo" people... We hear they are a "wild" "bunch" who love to party!....
And then lets go after the "Leather Jacket People"... We hear they might be into "D&S" or "S&M" or maybe its a good jacket against the prevailing cold winds in the northeast...
