Attention all time travelers and remote viewers...now is your chance to not only prove your claims, but to make $1,000,000. That's right, you are reading this correctly. One Million Dollars !!!

The James Randi Foundation has invited anyone who wishes to contact them through the link that is listed below.

Alison Smith of the Randi Foundation has issued this to any and all who can prove that they are indeed time travelers and/or are accurate remote viewers with this Million Dollar Challenge...

Mr. Smith writes:

You may invite individuals to take the Million Dollar Challenge. However, all must follow the guidelines and rules outlined on the JREF's Official Web Site at:

James Randi Foundation

Why argue with us here for nothing, when you could be proving your claim(s) to those at the Randi Foundation and walking away with some serious cash ?

However, keep in mind they DO keep a list of those who try and are proven fakes and/or frauds. I would imagine that we should be able to see some of the names from here on that list demonstrating that you at least tried...

Uh...yeah.

After you collect your million dollars they know exactly who you are and where to find you.
What good is a million dollars when you suddenly find your self being interrogated by a government
panel of experts who have no desire at all to let you free?

Yep...check it out:

<font color="blue">4.6 How much of my application is confidential?

It isn’t. The JREF reserves the right to publish any and all materials regarding the Challenge. [/COLOR]

What happened to trusting the protection of angels?

I really would like to see some evidence that "the govmit" has ever snatched a psychic or time traveler just because they seemed to prove their case. Or is this just your unqualified opinion?

Anyway...

The JREF Challenge is a great opportunity for HDRKid (or Steven Gibbs for that matter), who claims that his/her predictions have a habit of coming true, to make a Million dollars.

BTW:

I did check out their 2005 Form 990. Assuming that it's not a scam, and I didn't see anything that suggests that it is, they do in fact have assets over $2,000,000 of which $1,000,000 is held as Restricted Funds (to pay out any winner).

Feel free to address your concerns to the Foundation. They do provide e-mail addresses, and phone numbers.

I am sure that they are willing to make whatever arrangements are necessary to protect any claimant that may turn out to be "real".

and do you think that any claim's made here, if the powers that be thought them to be "real" would have any trouble figuring out where they are located..?.. especially those who post on a regular basis ?

This challenge is for the "real" time travelers and/or remote viewers...and I would imagine that they are intelligent enough to make their own decisions, and weigh the risks for themselves.

good con. if people like hdrkid really believed that, they wouldnt proclaim so proudly. so, heres their chance. 'nuff said.

I think that the website listed as been doing that for a number of years.

Randi's challenge has been around for more than forty years and its open to anyone who claims paranormal powers: mediums, psychics, telepaths, telekinetics...you name it. In that time no one has succeeded in claiming the prize though Randi has succeeded in exposing many a charlatan.

HDRKid and his ilk blab plenty of hot gas about debunkers. HDRKid in particular claims he's trying to promote the legitimacy of his dubious time travel practices. But if there was any shred of truth to the claims made by him and others like him, Randi's challenge would have been succesfully met LONG ago.

And to suggest that one of the reasons it hasn't is cos the legitimate paranormal crowd are trying to avoid the limelight is just another get out of jail free card for the 'You can't prove it aint' brigade.

I admire Randi and what he did in the name of reason. Check out his total and complete destruction of Uri Gellar on You Tube and tell me the guy didn't catch that spoon-bending prick bang to rights.

And what about this guy, claiming he had developed telekinetic skills...

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=QlfMsZwr8rc&amp;feature=related

Destroyed.

This world's full of people who claim to be psychics, mediums and what have you, people who actively seek out publicity and wealth from their claims and NOT ONE SINGLE individual has succeeded in meeting the criteria of the challenge. Why is that? Oh, that's right. Cos the real practitioners of paranormal powers are worried the guv'mint might get a hold of'em. Yeeeeaaaaa Right! :D

Here's an absolutely cast iron prediction: There's not a snowball's chance in hell HDRKid would allow himself or his hilarious methods/results to be exposed to anything like rigorous scientific examination.

And you can take that to the bank.

What happened to trusting the protection of angels?

Not everyone believes in God, Darby. Not everyone has angels protecting them 24/7 either.
Alot of things are allowed to happen. All of us have fallen at one time or another.
I just don't believe a real time traveler would submit himself/herself to such a challenge.
Probably why they have never had a real one submit. Dang you even have to pay for your own travel
to the place!

A time traveler has the possibility of getting all the money he wanted why would he waste
his time proving himself to someone of this time? Positive proof would only prove real
trouble to a real time traveler. I don't see why one would even do it unless someone having proof
was part of his mission.

I would like to know why anyone would think a real time traveler would have even a desire to do so?
I am not a time traveler. But if I was I wouldn't waste my time with it myself.

So because no real time traveler submits his evidence to this minor guy in time he simply says they
don't exist? Some things are hard to prove. For instance is God not real because we cannot prove him to people?

Now if you were a psychic you may take up the challenge as well I guess. I bet more people who claimed they were psychics than time travelers have submitted.

"...why would he waste his time proving himself to someone of this time? "

...you mean like posting in an internet forum for days, weeks, months, and sometimes even years ?

Classic. If you were a time traveler you wouldn't need that million, you'd be able to make it easily in sports betting, thats if you even CARED about money.
