Looks like it will be a great film....very much the sort that I like.

Just how much the 'documentary' type footage is all a Blair Witch type element is hard to say. The hype over the film is all quite well done, and there were indeed strange disappearances...but whether that's down to aliens is another matter.
 
All that thermite stuff got disproven a looong time ago.

I can never comprehend why people can't just accept that the towers got hit by two large sized planes...and fell down.

Way too SCAREY...

The cinemeatography is VERY VERY INTERESTING though...

It might give you nightmares...

All the more reason to see it. Most of the scarey movies out these days are about as scarey as girl guides waving daisy chains.

No seriously kidding. Hybrids? Sounds like a spin off of alternative energy
or mountain bike design for the city folk...Interesting stuff.

There's so many ways to look at alot of these things. If anyone
meets a true 100% alien feel free to introduce.
Why would such an event be taken for granted to be "fearful" ??

'Didn't you guys in the states just have the topic of thanksgiving to think about?
Think about the situation around that initial event and what it symbolizes in relation to
this subject metaphorically. (races coming together?)
 
I was really disappointed in this film. The whole side by side strategy of "real" and acted just didn't work for me. Not much was very original or captivating, felt like I'd already seen it before just having watched the preview. And of course they didn't come here to Alaska to film...instead reinvented Nome into some northern rainforest. A lot of people seem to have been fooled into thinking the interviews and footage from the film were the real deal too.

It's another in the style of Blair Witch.......or the Macpherson Tape ( alien abduction video ). Actually I watched the Macpherson Tape recently and it was dreadfully acted, yet appeared on a web site as 'real'...even though there are credits and actors named at the end !

The trouble with the Blair Witch style of drama is that one pretty soon gets bored of asking oneself whether some idiot would really still have the video cam on and be filming while friends disappear and scary stuff happens. Same with the Macpherson tape.

Oh, but they really DO put probes up people's asses. The trouble is, they have watched so many political speeches by Earthlings, that their communication probe naturally assumes that is the correct orifice for dialogue.
