Two men in 1969 were driving away from Abbeville, Louisiana along an empty road when they approached an antique car driving slowly. The car was 30 years old, yet in mint condition. It had an orange license plate that said nothing but "1940" on it. At first, they didn't believe this was unusual. The car could have come from a car show, so they continued driving. As they passed, they saw a passenger in the car, a woman dressed in vintage 40's clothing, who was panicking. They waved her down and asked if she needed assistance, and she nodded yes. They pulled over, but were confused when they saw their own car on the side of the road as the antique car vanished.
