Prologue
~TTA's vision of the future… a new traveler emerges~
Out of the endless struggle for power and dominance, two forces collide, creating a whirl of harmony and chaos. From this, a traveler emerges from the depths of solitude. Oblivious to his presence, he watches unseen. The nether regions of silence have honed his skill, ready he now awaits for the -Next Chapter- to begin.

Many now stand poised in anticipation for his foretold arrival. He is expected soon, and on time he will be.

How many will fall victim to his innocuous ploys of deception?

What of the TTA, is he behind these characters?

If he is not, then who is the Mastermind, The One, The Architect behind these fraudulent Temporal Travelers?

Only TIME, will tell!

The Activist acknowledges The Peacekeeper: A quiet... yet still... unyielding, conscientious benevolent force slowly approaches... like a cloud of fog, that covers the lawn with fresh morning dew.

The grass has now been watered on this day, and no traveler has shown him self to claim followers.

One problem that I have with your general theme is that if disallows real time travelers.

No matter now improbable it might be that a real time travel would come here to post it is a possibility. When I read a would-be time traveler's posts I look for signs of reality. I have absolutely no problem with accepting a plausible assertion of "I am a time traveler", at least to the extent that I would entertain the idea that s/he is real if the story has some real world applicability. So far, however, I haven't seen any time travel saga that comes close to being believable.

I don't, however, want to dismiss out-of-hand every future poster before they even come here, which it appears that your challenge assumes. This is, after all, a forum to discuss the possibility of time travel even if the current state of the science indicates that time travel to the past is not probable (though not theoretically impossible).

On the practical side of the issue I don't want to discourage even the hoaxer. Most of us here post because it is both entertaining and educational. If we set the scene such that not even the hoaxer feels the minimum comfort of attempting to convince us then the site dies a rather sudden and ugly death. I don't know about you, but for me I rather enjoy having a site where we can free wheel, have some fun and debate the philosophy and science of the subject at hand.

I agree. After all, these are different times. The damage caused by Titor's hoax I think has had enough of an impact to make many aware of the lies that those claiming to be from the future can cause.

I will stand-by, be fair, and take each on, on a case-by-case basis

Though, I cannot speak for others.

The Activist waits...
Like a seedling, that at first struggles to grow and stand on it’s own, whispers of a traveler continue to grow and echo in frequency. But will it materialize any traveler?

It may be too premature to know for certain now… but perhaps the weekend will brew something intriguing

The way Satan acted in this episode reminds me a lot of some of the folks around here! :D

As the Traveler prepares to take arms and ride into battle and face his would be adversary, he stops to think of his enemy waiting for him upon his arrival. History has been paved unequally and disproportionately for the travelers that have come before him. Despite knowing the risks and bait in place to trap him, his ambition for the great prize lures him ever closer.

The Activist, brave & vigilant, takes a tired yawn and say’s: This is going to be easy
.

The Architect, pleased by what s/he has created, now waits for the perfectly thought out plan to come into fruition.

The Stage is now set… and the maestro now stands ready to conduct.

I'd even wonder if each of the 3 characters has 3 aspects to their operational instantiation. Wouldn't that be intriguing?
