Research in cellular and embriotic cloning is going to lead us in the direction of Time Travel! Because it involves the transfer of the atomic particle structure. Poor cloned Dolly aged prematurely and died because she was a FEW ATOMS SHORT...
And like Dolly and other cloned mammals they all seem to have shorter telomeres than other animals of the same age. Telomeres are pieces of DNA that break down into molecules which are combined by atoms that protect the ends of chromosomes. They shorten as cells divide and are therefore considered a measure of ageing in cells.
Perhaps there is a link between Cancer research (and never finding a cure) do to the fact that telomeres and cancer cells spell eternal life... ???
So what am I really getting at here? Well in short...cloning which involves precisive implementation of "molecules" condensed down to the "atomic level" involving "telomeres" is interwound with "Particle Entanglement"...
Pretty soon the same concepts of cloning can be applied to Teleporting atoms and molecules. Teleportation might become a real possibility! I'd say that any scientific scheme that expands the range of particles that can be entangled is important. Entangling massive particles would mean they could then be used for quantum cryptography, computing and even teleportation...
