At first glance, it looks like output from a 360 degree scintillation detector array for a low(ish) energy particle collision, with measurements and reference points added. At second glance, I have absolutely no idea. What is it?

The bottom half is missing. Now we have a conundrum. When Titor/TT0 originally posted the above graphic he posted it without the bottom half. It was The Book group that included the graphic in The Book with the bottom half attached . The bottom half, of course, has the legend to the numbered points in the graphic.
Now, based on the posts, there's no easy explanation as to why Titor/TT0 didn't include the legend when he posted the graphic. The answer isn't found in any of the posts. The answer came directly from Ben Z to Rick Donaldson and me via email which we posted on Anomalies.net. Ben said The Book group made it up. "Momma" Kay Titor didn't give them any instructions nor did Larry Haber give them any instructions. They simply made up the legend and added it to the graphic. Neither "Momma" Kay nor Larry Haber objected. As Ben told us, The Book group was led to believe the entire story was an online role playing game and their job was to add props (the graphics) and The Book.

This diagram shows the gravitational fields created by two electron singularities. This diagram shows the basis for movement into the future and the past. Since the center of the electron singularities is shifted, the diagram shows the movement of the time machine into the future or the past, depending on the turn of the diagram.

Not sure I'm on board with calling them "electron singularities" yet.
Can we talk about this further? I updated one of my older threads with my actual take on the diagram, but as this one continues...
@Time travel_O can you please:
1) Explain what an electron singularity means vs a micro singularity
2) Describe what the geodesic would be for an electron singularity
3) Walk us through why the turn of the diagram changes anything (if at all)

They are called electron singularities only because - to control these singularities electrons are used, which must be injected into the field of the singularity kerr in order to control its mass and direction of rotation. That's why they're electrons.
1) Microsingularity differs from electronic singularity in that microsingularity is almost impossible to create by conventional methods, microsingularity is an independent phenomenon that cannot be controlled. An electron singularity is an artificially created element that is identical to a standard singularity, but has a large number of electrons that create an electron bridge on the surface of the taco singularity in order to control its mass and direction of rotation.
2) Everything depends on the power of the gravitational field that was created by these singularities, the geodesic shape may be in the form of an arc or a straight line with a weak distortion, or it may even be closed in a circle.
3) The diagram shows the device in an active state, as if it were moving somewhere at the moment. In this diagram, it is moving forward because of the position of the displaced gravitational fields.
