Sisk married to high school friend and commuting..

Another Sisk was married to high school friend and commuting buddy of "Mr. McMonagle"

How all the Sisks are interated by uncle and cousins is unknown to "Mr. McMonagle"

But this Sisk also:

Crashed a car into street pole with "Mr. McMonagle" in the car after High School on 8th Street and JOHN F KENNEDY Boulevard area.

Everyone survived...

Invited him bowling at Knights of Columbus Lodge...

Apperantly ran a sting on "Mr. McMonagle" getting him drunk with many shots of Alcohol...

Stopped at Cottage Street and Broadway... For apparent meeting...

"Mr. McMonagle" can't fully recall a meeting with a cousin or something about obtaining "drugs"

Brought him to outside of Bar... Was in front seat long time... Suspects Pychotronics or manipulation.

Apparently, ended up in a dispute with Bar Patron on 8th Street...

"Mr. McMonagle" tried to intervene to stop fight several times...

At one point, he ended up in fight with another group...

"Mr. McMonagle" severely damaged... Facial bones broken...

"Mr. McMonagle" taken away in Ambulance... To hospital... McCabes Ambulance

Sisk went to Bayonne Diner to eat.

Apparently, Sisk never told truth to his wife or her family.

Sisks uncle is / was Bayonne Police Chief and Public Safety Official Jimmy Sisk.

Mr. Jimmy Sisk is also known as "THE PROTECTOR"... Had plaque on his desk.

What "The Protector" really means... No one knows...

Apparent Sting Operation at Cottage Street B-Way.

In another string of never ending coicindences...

"Mr. McMonagle" s "mother" tell him several times and running into a David R.

David R apparently has started an art gallery.

David R runs into "mother" several times inviting "Mr. McMonagle" to Art Gallery open.

David R tells guest list to "Mr. McMonagle" who are mostly City of Bayonne officials and members of the Political Machine.

Meanwhile, "Mr. McMonagle" is settling a lawsuit with Indiana based software company represented by powerful Washington law firm with office in Chicago Il.

Upon hanging up phone and going to Post Office, he sees and tries to avoid David R

David R crosses street in front in reverse stalking motion to engage "Mr. McMonagle" in conversation.

Invites him to Gallery.

"Mr. McMonagle" mails settlement letter from nearby post office.

Goes to David R "art gallery"...

Apparent sting operation ensues for many months...

"Mr. McMonagle" totally aware of sting and plays along...

STING OPERATION DETAILS WITHHELD AT THIS TIME

However, it is apparent local business people, HCDO committeemen, cops and their families are involved.

"Mr. McMonagle" brothers used in cross blacking scam by staging inspections and accidents and visits to the gallery. In or just outside the gallery.

FIRE DEPARTMENT RECORDS WILL VERIFY.

Myterious Latin person enters sting operation.

No convincing explanation is given for appearance.

Suspected of being a representive to spy for Senator Menendez... But it is a guess...

Stings ends when "Let's go to New York City" scenario is presented...

"Mr. McMonagle" suspects murder plot or kidnapping or disappearance...

During string operation, David R claims to met Billy C in NYC to "Mr. McMonagle"

Billy C has altercation with Bayonne Police in months of years before as documented in Jersey Journal..

Billy C was found earlier washed up on shore near the 1st 1st Precinct of Manhattan, NY NY

Billy C is not suspected of hanging in "dance clubs" that David R worked as a "bouncer"

David R mother visits gallery many times...

David R mother nurse in Unit 5B of Bayonne Medical Center...

"Mr. McMonagle" suspects Unit 5B to "black bag" operation for political machine, cops and maybe Military Industrail Complex and U.S. Government forces such as intelligence agencies and the U.S. Army.

"Mr. McMonagle" was sent and / or detained there 3 times after Gallery 07002 sting operation.

David R sister has apparent "close friendship" with family "enemy" H family name Garage owners...

Wife City Council Woman for Bayonne City Government is GODMOTHER to "Mr. McMonagle" s supposed younger brother.
