The modern space program, does not seem to be for people.

It seems to be a scientific object, to where a platform of science, might be displayed.
 
I don't agree, especially since we are now dedicating ourselves to develop a new, MANNED space vehicle to replace the shuttle.

What I think you really mean is "this space program does not consider sending me, Creedo, into space."
