Temporal Novice
Most of us have to realise that societies technology has to steer toward making time travel possable. Unfortunatly the majority of society doesn't want time travel. Society wants new pharmacuticals for diseases. People want faster communications for their computers. Many want to bring nanotechnology to fruition, and then fully develop it to extreme conclusions. People want to go to space and visit other worlds. As long as the majority want something else, we will never get funding, real scientific breakthroughs, or actual construction of a device that could change time. Maybe down the road after people get bored with all the new toys, they'll look at time travel as something else as besides a novelty idea. What do you think?
