Slightly Late, Notice of TV Programming...

... am currently watching the Science Channel at 7:36PM Pacific Daylight Time. The show is called "The World's First Time Machine", dated in 2003. Direct TV show summary: "The possibility of time travel excites storytellers and scientists."

Program guide shows that it will repeat again at 10PM tonight on the West Coast feed.

While I classify Titor as the "storyteller" category of the above, I must admit this show covers a lot of necessary ground to establish a path forward if we wish to discuss the possibilities of Time Travel.

Followed that link MadIce, HolyCow! There is a link in that site that is certainly interesting.

Time Travel Retrieval Fund

Might be worth a shot, eh?

I watched a program recently on Dr. Mallett's work. He seems fairly confident that his machine will be up and running soon. Gets kind of exciting to just imagine the possiblities.

I sort of been having the feeling that somebody is real close to actually finishing some type of time device. Guess we better get a crackin on the Merkaba or we may be left out of the time shift.

Here are two of Mallett's papers:

Gravitational Perturbations of a Radiating Spacetime by Manasse R. Mbonye and Ronald L. Mallett.

Weak gravitational field of the electromagnetic radiation in a ring laser by Ronald L. Mallett.

Mallett didn't start his project yet. I think he has a problem with financing it. Except the popular articles about him the net hasn't any news. Even UCONN's site hasn't much real info about it.

Ken Olum and Allen Everett found some problems with his theory. They wrote the following paper about it:

Can a circulating light beam produce a time machine? by Ken D. Olum and Allen Everett.

It didn't get much media attention.

If you like stuff like that have a look at:

Time, Time Travel & Traversable Wormholes.

The television show certainly distorted the project of Dr. Mallett. They made out like he was almost done with his device and would shortly be flipping the switch.

I will read the information you provided in the links. Thank-You.

Maybe I'll pay the 10 bucks to the time travel fund and wait to be picked up and taken to the future where my funds have grown to millions.

The only question I am pondering is should I pay 10 bucks for my wife? or just vanish into the future and leave her behind?

Hmmmmmmm? /ttiforum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
