There was a concern earlier, that any projected black hole, might grown with reference to a time travel machine and consume the time travel vehicle.
The early concepts, did not take into account, that black hole clusters, would be so small and rapidly evaporating, that they would only pose an immediate near to phenomenon danger.
What might save any such effect from a black hole, is that the mini-black holes, would be short duration, with a new black hole, generated quickly.
