Sending a mass email in the near future

In the next couple of weeks I want to send out a mass email to invite people back to the site. Before I do that, I want to write up a few "handbook" pages for how to use the site. Things like making a club, submitting a database entry and using some of the other nice features.

Do any of you have suggestions for things that would help people the most? You all have a better "outside the fishbowl" perspective on the new site than I do, so any ideas for what YOU think would be helpful would make things better for everyone.

Also, if there's anything you guys would like a how-to for, let me know and I'll be happy to do that. ? Lots of cool new toys to play with.

 
You should also add ways that people can contribute to the forum. 

  • post new thing
     
  • add to threads
     
  • add to database
     
  • invite others 
     
  • store
     
  • etc
     


These are just some ideas but you get the point. Word of mouth is best for growth at this point. Encouraging this is a good thing so that the numbers can keep at the pace we are at and get even higher per week. ?
