Searching for John TTO

I am trying to contact John concerning the EM irregularities that exist today in 2004. If someone has a contact for him please let me know or pass along the word. There is a variance in the EM field and the electron injection manifold needs to be adjusted manually. Also please pass the word along to another other TTO's.
