Saw the Primer Movie, & other TT movies

Tonight at a local theature, it was okay, mostly dialogue based as opposed to special effects based, since it was low budget, it's an independent film not showing in many theatures but check fandango if it's in your area.

I'll probably give a detailed review of it... but for the most part I would give it a C+, not great, but not bad, good actors, good premise, dialogue a bit too detailed, very low on special effects but they did have a time-machine, no romance so most girls would probably hate it, heheh, I personally don't like ANY romance time-travel movies, except for Somewhere in Time starring Christopher Reeve. The story in Primer is pretty unique, I recommend you at least rent it from blockbuster.

There's another TT movie coming out, "A Sound of Thunder" based on the book by Ray Bradbury. From the trailer it looks like Jurassic Park meets a time machine.

Sound of thunder? Sounds like a fiction I read, I remember reading a book about some company that organises trips to the jurassic past. The people hunted dinosaurs from a hovering platform. Only rule you were not allowed off the platform under pain of death. Of course someone does and steps on a butterfly, once he is back in the future he realises that he has changed the future. The organiser of the hunt shoots the guy dead because of what he has done. Too many plot holes in that one and I think it was bradbury as well who wrote it!
