I had a fairly vivid dream in which I invented something. It was a hollow copper sphere, made out of 2 hemispheres clipped together 1 meter diameter just big enough for someone to crawl in and be locked inside. Attached to it was a 300 megahertz UHF radio transmitter, so the wavelength was the same as the diameter of the sphere. When someone was was locked inside and the transmitter turned being encapsulated in the quantum state of th standing radio wave photon amplified the effects of morphic fields restoring people bodies to there previous forms effectively rejuvenating and healing them, even giving them some mental control over there own genes.

As the device was so easy to reverse engineer and copy in any handy mans garage and with demand so strong I ended up forgoing any intellectual property rights making it free to copy. Which is why I have described it here. I have had dreams that have come true before, so if you have those kinds of parts lying around in your garage it is worth a try :)

 
300 MHz happens to be at the lower edge of the microwave spectrum. So I'm thinking that all you have here is just a big microwave oven. Maybe you should try this first on a turkey.

 
All radio waves heat things up, its mainly a matter of the power and duration of the signal. When radar was invented at first the program was for the creation of a death ray that would boil enemy pilots in their seats.

Sounds if your device would work through a scalar coupling to gravity operating with the diffusion coefficient. and Copper has a poor skin depth at that frequency, what is the ERP on that device ?, the Q of the antenna would also be a important design consideration. Interesting theory

 
This device is apparently for rejuvinating and healing, so I'm moving it from the Time Travel section to the Science section. Not exactly Science forum material, but the move will make sense after the transition to Discourse.

To all, has anything like this been tried before? This sounds somewhat familiar.

(I am not surprised the dream got that right I am fairly familiar with this conversion) The radio wave oscilating in a cavity the same size as its wavelength was supposed to produce some kind of quantum effect.

That's the agreement that a time travel claimant agrees to prior to posting their time travel claims. If it becomes apparent that they are hoaxing, then the agreement is that the hoaxer agrees to become shark chum.

You misunderstand my question: Why should 300mhz match up EXACTLY with 1m.I tune my radio transmitter 102.9 and then stand 102.9 paces away wearing an aluminum foil hat. Doing this allows me to play the audio through my teeth.

My assertion and yours both contain the same flawed logic.

Meters, unches, feet, etc are all human conceived units of measurements. Why should 300mhz have anything to do with meters at all?

 
The problem I see with such a "device" is 1 meter is not very much space to "scrunch up" in. I prefer to just sit in my "big butt chair" and watch channel 36 or 37 on cable. Since they are on, approximately, frequency 300 MHz, that should work just as well as this device would. I know I feel better after watching some TV. :D

A resonating chamber must have its dimensions an even multiple of the wavelength of the signal it is intending to resonate. The wave length is the distance between the neighboring crests in a signal. Light travels at a speed of 299,792,458 meters per second, so a 300mhz radio signal has a wavelength of 1 meter, or close enough. I think 1 meter was mainly just a convenient size for construction that most people could fit in, different size chambers would presumably require different frequency signals.
In my dream I dont think anyone really understood how it really worked, phrases like "quantum entanglement", "morphic fields", "quantum uncertainty" where thrown around rather speculatively. Old people where shut in, the device was switched on for a few minutes, then then came out looking like 20 year olds which I thought was rather handy as I am already developing a bald spot myself, amputees got there limbs back. The subjects did not seem to be aware of any of the time that passed while the device was switched on.

I do not claim to be a "time traveler". I claim to of had an interesting dream, I dont know how to tell the difference between plain old wierd dreams, and those that turn out to be prophetic. I had been thinking and reading a bit about magnetrons, and early radio and radar technology a few months before hand so maybe it is not surprising I had a dream about a radio wave resonating chamber. But if I find any large hollow metal spheres at a scrap yard I will give it a try.

What does a 1m wave have to do with time travel?

Who said that a 1m wave is a standing wave simply because it is propagated inside a copper sphere?

Why a copper sphere instead of an, oh...aluminum, iron, barium, krypton, etc. sphere?

Where is the hard science that states 1m EM fields "restore to a previous state, rejuvenate [or] heal" anything?

WTF is a "morphic field"?

This thread was originally in Time Travel but I moved it here for lack of a better place to put it. Off Topic didn't seem to make sense. When we move to Discourse I'll be able to put threads like this under the top level category of "Other Weird Stuff" though.
