This a and b question, determining wether 'a' is travelling faster than 'b', starting at a fixed point is spoken about so much that it is giving me the shits.
The fact is that when you start the experiment you will already know how fast they will be going. Ie you will make them go at different speeds. To no surprise you will find that both have different speed.
To think that there isnt an experiment to prove this also gives me the shits.
Now then how do you know that 'a' is travelling faster than 'b' , from 'a's perspetive, visa versa.
Well then tell me if this solves the problem!!!! Who ever wants to try the experiment try it like this. You may find speed.
Shine a light from the top of both object and watch the shadows move.
