- I hate to be the one to burst your bubble... but no time machines exist, and time travel is not possible right now with our current level of technology. Not necessarily, suppose time travelers don't want to share their technology with us. Or time travel comes about by unlocking some part of the brain that we currently ignore, and the timetravelers can't teach people about it because when they say I'm from the future, we give them a custom fit white jacket, and a nice padded room with a talking mirror.

There are also some that say the most likely form of time travel - two joined black holes, one transported close to the speed of light far away and then returned would act as a form of tunnel between times. (Objects moving experience a slower passage of time) - could only be effective from the time it was built, ie no journeying to the distant past!
