We see Creedo in his halter, with Rainman holding the lead, making sure that Creedo is under control.
Rainman has the whip and keeps Creedo from rearing too high, by gently tapping Creedo on his side, in order to keep him circling.
Creedo has not been trained for very long in this particular ring and if Rainman did not enact control, Creedo might bolt to a northern state of Canada.
Here we see Rainman giving Creedo a treat, by letting Creedo eat a goody bisket out of Rainman's hand.
Note how Rainman then pats Creedo on the side of his neck, saying, "Good boy. That's the way to go"!?
