In 'McMonagle's tenure at Chase Manhattan Bank and Chase merged corporation, the banking corporation engaged in a DIVERSITY PROGRAM.
The basic premise was for people to get together to hear stories of discrimination by offended minorities. And for corporate employees TO REVEAL their LIFE HISTORIES and STORIES.
'McMonagle' a RIGHT TO PRIVACY ADVOCATE protests and REVEALS at EACH SESSION he PROTESTS AGAINST THIS PROGRAM. One african american female employee GETS AGIATED and ATTACKS 'McMonagle' verbally at one session.
At other sessions at 55 Water Street, 'McMonagle' again states HE is a RIGHT TO PRIVACY ADVOCATE asks if HE does NOT HAVE TO PATICIPATE. In one instance he tries to skip or avoid going to one session, Vice President (Senior) Jean Dugan, apparently Irish American employee, sends her african american secretary to tell 'McMonagle' a message. The secretary states "Jean says YOU BETTER GO TO THIS MEETING..." 'McMonagle' goes reluctantly. The MATERIALS hands asking questions HAVE NO LETTER HEAD - NO ORGANIZATION NAME - NO ADDRESS to IDENTIFY who WAS RUNNING THE SESSIONS or WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE. In attendance is V.P. John Marino, who with V.P. Robert Klein try to "FORCE" 'McMonagle' to work for them. In a well known "force out" move in corporate america, a TARGETED employee is GIVEN SPLIT MANAGERIAL REPORTING HEIRARCHY. In this case, 'McMonagle' is forced to report KLIEN who reports to MARINO. In addition, 'McMonagle' is report HANSEN who reports to DUGAN. However, HANSEN goes on maternity leave and 'McMonagle' is left with UNNAMED JEWISH V.P. to deal with who has DOVID GROSS reporting to him.
(Mr. Gross is scene IN MCMONAGLE's CUBICLE WINDOW OFFICE a number of times. 'McMonagle' confronts GROSS and replies 'Bother me... I'll sabatoge your computer AGAIN. UNNAMED JEWISH V.P. opens 'McMonagle's retirement statement and keeps UNTIL 'McMonagle' asks another asian secretary WHERE IS IT. She informs him, JEWISH V.P. has HIS RETIREMENT STATEMENT. 'McMonagle' confronts JEWISH V.P. he "Sorry, I opened this by mistake..." 'McMonagle' replies "You had to keep it for 3 days?.. You couldn't give back to the secretary?... JEWISH V.P. responds "Is that all you have in your account?.. (And laughs)) 'McMonagle' walks aways in disgust. 'McMonagle' sends complaint letter to HANSEN and DUGAN. Hansen replies "He just opened it by mistake... Don't over react." 'McMonagle' reminds HANSEN every chase he gets when dealing with her. Obviously, she didn't get the message.
(In another incident, V.P. John Marino is walking down hallway with unnamed "Bearded Man". Marino goes "Hi John..." 'McMonagle' ignores Marino. Marino responds "I don't know what your problem is... But you better say hi when I talk to you." 'McMonagle' laughs goes on with his day. Previously, in setting up Chase' new video conferencing system which 'McMonagle' helped to plan the installation of for Chase. Marino calls up 'McMonagle' who IS NOT HIS EMPLOYEE and says "You better get this done. UNDERSTAND? JOHN?" 'McMonagle' holds up phone for a second and looks it strangely. 'McMonagle' then brings back phone and says "I guess so..." 'McMonagle' calls up V.P. Robert Klien and states "Robert, I don't report this guy... I don't want this guy (this nut) calling me up and screaming at me on the phone." KLIEN responds "Don't worry, I'll handle it... You don't report to him. I do." Before HANSEN maternity leave, MCMONAGE calls KLIEN for a private meeting. His draws MANAGEMENT CHART on BOARD. Ask Klien "What's going on here Robert... I'm concerned." KLIEN responds "I'm concerned too... I don't know what to do about it." HANSEN disappears for hours at a time DURING HER WORK DAY. DUGAN disappears for HOURS AT TIME inconjunction with HANSEN missing hours. It is UNKNOWN at this TIME is HANSEN and DUGAN were at meetings together.)
So back to the story, V.P. John Marino makes a point at each meeting to "Hi John..." even though 'McMonagle' has made it clear personally and THROUGH OFFICIAL MANAGEMENT CHANNELS that he does not want to speak with MARINO.
People who do not want to partipate ARE FORCED to LISTEN to private people lives about where they LIVE, THEIR BACKGROUNDS, EDUCATION and DESCRIPTIONS of their families.
'McMonagle' is HORRIFIED by this INVASION OF PRIVACY on a CORPORATE LEVEL.
Later, 'McMonagle' makes INQUIRES and RECEIVES INFORMATION from the news THAT...
JESSE JACKSON and THE RAINBOW COALITION is responsible for these CORPORATE DIVERSITY PROGRAMS including the one at CHASE MANHATTAN BANK.
It is alluded that JESSE JACKSON and THE RAINBOW COALITION threatened TO SUE MAJOR CORPORATIONS for discrimination AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICAN and other MINORITIES.
This was a sort PEACE OFFERING to the RAINBOW COALITON and Mr. JACKSON.
However, 'McMonagle' believes IT MUCH MORE SINISTER. Some sort of INFORMATION GATHERING OPERATION that is going on ALONG WITH THE INTERNET EXPLOSION in SOCIETY. Leading to "intelligence gathering" operations for maybe THE ITALIAN MAFIA or CORPORATE CABALS or the usual suspects of the NSA/CIA/MIC/ARMY/Etc..
Again, if you look to groups Alcohol Anonymous, Narcanon, Sexual Addicts Anonymous, and other GROUP THERAPY like "information sharing" sessions that they were DESIGNED or CO-OPTED by the MOB and OTHER GROUPS and ORGANIZATIONS to GATHER INFORMATION on INDIVIDUALS for targeting, manipulation and extortion.
I am sure they are MANY LAWYERS out there WHO CAN DEFEND THE PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES against SUCH EVIL TACTICS that VIOLATE THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS.
