I have two rabbits, named Q and Stormy. Q has been in the hospital with GI stasis. This is deadly if not treated. 2 days ago I woke up and she wouldn't eat. I waited a few hours, nothing. With rabbits, this is an emergency because they need to keep their GI systems moving at all times. She has been on an IV, medications, etc and today she finally pooped it out. Could have been a blockage caused by fur. Poor baby. She may come home tomorrow because she started eating hay. Now, I get to deal with the bill....ugh....
Here she is, the white one. She is a mini rex and is SOOOOO sweet and smart. Stormy is a holland lop. Both are a year old.
