Question on Titor

I just yesterday found out about all this John Titor stuff...and It has facinated and scared the bajeeezus out of me.

But something has been on my mind...

When he said he was going back to 1998 and he asked if anyone wanted to email their past selves...would'nt that mean later that person from 98, now the 2000 version, when it emailed its other 98 self, it would have to be the exact same email, key by key, or something bad would happen, right?

I hope that made sense...I'm even confused right now.

Reirden out.

You don't need to worry about paradox. Nothing bad would happen. Unfortunately, most people would have dismissed the email in 1998 as some kind of joke.

He said the other YOU from the new year 2000 where you recieved the e-mail would have to send it again exactly the same in order for you to recieve how you recieved it, but you wouldnt because it would be sent to a different worldline so you wouldnt have to send it to make sure you got it because someone from a different worldline sent you yours.

I remeber seeing some one post,

That if there is a 2.34% (can't remeber the exact %) chance of the worldlines being different, than that means there is a 97.66% chance of them being the same.

Some thing along those lines anyway, I still don't see why he can't go to the same worldline
