Pseudoscience?

So I can use the Conspiracy prefix ;)
Just my humble opinion, but calling conspiracy theories pseudo science is biased. You are declaring all conspiracies a hoax in advance of even discussing them. LOL. Not meaning to be difficult, but I am being overly logical. I hate the term "pseudo science". Isn't ALL research a type of science? And is a conspiracy fake until proven otherwise, or innocent until proven guilty?

The reason why we ask so many questions when we hear claims is to help determine if it could be real.

Labeling them pseudo off the bat..... ????????

:)

Splitting this so as not to derail the original thread.

I'm not trying to say Conspiracies are Pseudoscience. I put that thread there for lack of a better place to put it given our current structure. I plan on adding a separate category but wasn't going to do all that just to make a thread I had in my brain. This is a time travel site; I'm trying to keep the categories related to time or chronology in some manner and not spill over into looking like we're duplicating Paranormalis.

As far as hating the name, I didn't choose it to slant the bias one way or the other - That's just the heading those subjects live under wherever I encounter them:

If you have suggestions for a better name that fits within the theme of the site I'm open to it. Paranormal Studies?

I didn't mean for this to sound like an argument. I was just gabbing with my morning coffee. My posts sound so serious sometimes. So, you can do whatever you want. Your site. lol.

I do believe conspiracy theories will have time travel related material --- project looking glass for example.... so it does fit in
