Hopefully this is the right section if not you can move it.

I ran across a website: http://www.projectpegasus.net/

and found out that the guy traveled forward through time and even teleported to Mars. He talks about teleporting to the 2040s and even talks about going to 2012 or people doing it. There's also parts where he was saying that some of today's presidents were told that they were going to be presidents way back when they were much younger. There's more to the radio talk just at the end of the biography is a play button to initialize the program that happened in November of last year, 2009. And there's more information on that site.

Just would like people's thoughts and opinions about time travel existing in the 1960s and what they are doing with it.

Well, this was something I found and thought I'd share, not advertising.

The game has been changed on us and high technology is now "reserved" technology. Reserved for an elite group of people. I believe this policy has been accepted/implemented because the majority was not able to safely handle the high technology in past scenarios.

Look at all the problems we are having in the world today with nuclear proliferation. Could you imagine what it would be like if a technology that could wipe a country off the face of planet was handheld? That is why the hi-fi went underground.

Problem has recently become that those with the hi-fi are getting greedy and old and they were all promised life eternal, yet they age. So their plan is to take action upon the masses before thier own demise.

We live in a time like no other and will be witness to the highs and lows of humanity very soon. My advice, take the higher ground between your given choices and you will come out on the top.
