    Have to confirm that prefab is allowed and the land codes for what we are doing. 
     
     
  2. Look up the owner of the land to make sure the person selling the land is ALLOWED to sell it or it does not mean shit.

    Looks like the cost for the build is 115,000 to 150,000 and then the delivery, set up and taxes are in addition. 
     
     
    This does not include any prep costs of the land and utility set up stuff.
