Possible to see the past - part two

In my last post, I said it was possible to see the past but not the future. I still see no evidence that this is incorrect, so please reply to me if it not. Basically, parts of the theory have been patched up. All you need to do is smash two atoms together into such a confined space that they merge, then you will create a singularity. (by merge I mean collapse into themselves, not bond together). Then you simply launch the singularity into Neptune, thereby adding mass to it and creating a small local black hole. Then you do everything else that I mentioned earlier and you can look back into the past, without the time delay.

If you have trouble understanding this, please reply to this post.

explain to me how looking back out of the hole you would then see the past? and if you were to see the past how far back?.......Would you need some type of telescope to look back on earth to see how it is?

ah, yes you see you need to understand the theory of relativity. Light travels at 300000 meters per second. So, you simply go through a spinning black hole (if you dont comprehend this part look back to my posts) and then use a very good telescope to see what happened on earth. Your view would be in ratio to how far you were from earth, to see 2003 years ago you need to be 2003 light years away. We see this affect right now, as we look at stars that are 30000 light years away, we see their condition as they were 30000 years ago. We are in affect looking into the past.
