I cannot say whether anything about titor is true, but must say this way.

If he was here, then the t-line was disrupted.

Disrupted to the point where artifacts, were barrowed from other timelines.

It would served only to point out, that because of the many discrepancies in the story, that titor is fictional.titor is a created phantom.titor is real.titor is not real.

Personally, I have decided to ignore whatever creedo writes. Most of the time it's gibberish and occasionally it appears he has a point then the ebonics kick in.
 
To stop all time line travelers and to stop the contamination. As one time line merges to another the exactitudes become one and the similarities become deja vue.

Timecops are still the best level of defense, if your going to have jerks, as time travelers who do not follow the noninterference rule.
