I just have one question at this time.

Are you aware that using the ® symbol on something that is actually NOT a registered Trademark is illegal?

(See Section 906 of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP) if you have any questions yourself.)

You may wish to reconsider your avatar.

PS. If your answer is something on the order of, "It isn't registered.."Yet"..." save it. It is illegal to use it while waiting for an application to be approved also.

I think in your case it tends more toward credibility than an actual arrest. That might only come if you are committing some form of actual fraud. I wanted to see your answer. Now, it is a matter for Cosmo to decide whether your illegal avatar can remain or not.As to your credibility, as thin as it is already, trying to present yourself in a manner that is, in fact, untrue, false, misleading, and actually illegal speaks volumes. You have demonstrated you are simply another wannabe time traveler with one of the worse attempts I have yet seen.

I have no need to ask you further questions.

the ip is not located where it's illegal

... but you are displaying it in the USA right now. I believe this domain is registered in the US or maybe Canada and subject to their trademark laws.It is Cosmo's call.
