non-lethal weapons link.

Hey, I already read about something like this a while back. Some company has connected the output of a stungun to two nitrogen ionizing laser beams. The result being a nonlethal stungun that works at a distance. Kind of like a star trek phasor. Right now they say the device is suitcase sized. But they expect the size problem will be eventually dimminished. Could you just see some teenager out on a friday night with some friends playing with one of these toys on the freeway?
