New \"General\" Category and \"Off Topic\" Forum
Pursuant to a request, I've created an Off Topic forum where people can post pretty much anything they like (that essentially has nothing to do with time travel, the paranormal, UFOs, conspiracies, etc.) There is a clear danger in doing this as it opens the floor to all kinds of hostilities (political "discussions" immediately come to mind.) On the other hand, a true community should be able to talk about anything they choose to discuss. If Guy A and Guy B like to share thoughts about time travel, why should they go elsewhere to exchange recipes? We'll see how it goes. Feel free to use it, but don't abuse it, or you'll lose it (that's a nice little rhyme you can all remember.)
