Re: NE1else read about that discovery at the North
well if the clock changed when it went back in time, wouldnt it change back to 2004 when it came back. it only makes sense.
Not only that, but why would it change in the first place? If I don't wind my watch, it stops and says the wrong time. If I set a clock wrong, it's wrong. Clocks don't magically pick up what time it is out of the ether, they simply count seconds, and they'll say whatever you tell them to say, regardless of whether it's right or not.
So, if we were to assume that this story was true and that some peice of equipment that had a clock on it that could tell the year for some reason did, in fact, go up into the atmosphere and came down with a different year showing, then isn't it the most logical think to assume that some form of electromagnetic atmospheric disturbence interfered with the clock's electronics and changed the time it was set to? Once, a Friend and I were watching
Friday The 13th Part III on a Sunday. About a third of the way through the film a subtitle came up saying "You should have gone to church", and it stayed there for the rest of the film. Now, were we really being sent a message from the Creator? Or was it simply an electronic glitch which randomly threw up a subtitle from
Songs Of Praise?
I know which one I think the more likely.
