OvrLrdLegion, That's cool you are trying to match the stickers, well I've seriously looked for an exact match on the device and so far I haven't found anything that matches it exactly. It is easy to say that a matching device is simply rare and therefore hasn't had its photo added on the net. At this point as I can't find a match I think the device is most likely home-made, built piece by piece. In other words, the knobs, the red light, the buttons, switches, tossed in a steel box, painted black, with stickers added. The Radiation Detector has been the only thing identified exactly. I've been trying to exactly match the steel box itself, there are virtually countless boxes out there, but I'm sure someone can eventually match it.
About the cutaway schematic, it's possible Titor had some professional artist draw it for him, but I still believe it is obvious that the artist of the one cutaway drawing is an expert while the artist of the 3 other drawings is an amateur.
