Marhsal Law: Titors prediction?

Well, I just finished watching 'The Siege' (which is a great movie, not neccesarily accurate, but close). My friend informed me that several political analysts he knows said that they predict that within the next 2 years there will be another terrorist atatck (quite possibly on manhattan) in the US and Marshal Law will be declared for that section.

Would anyone say that Titor predicted this?

Of course I'm with you sceptics, but I feel it's my duty to show boths sides of the coin.
 
Marshal law==> Martial law. As in using the military to restore order, suspending civilian rights.

A terrorist attack could spark this.. or an economic collapse. There are different possible scenarios, we'll see whether there are any at all.
