Ahhhhhh,so thats how you win the lottery,i knew there was a way round it,yes its all very clear to me now;contact a time traveller from the future,get him to go to a date of a certain lottery and wham bam thank you maam you are a millionaire!

Surely the time traveller would do this.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhahahaha the essence of stupidity of a fixed timeline for a traveller,the universe will have been wiped out before you were born,which it hasnt so ill assume either no traveller exists or no fixed time line exists,yes?.
