Temporal Novice
This has nothing to do with time travel, well sorta actually... I was just thinking, what if there was nothing, no universe, atoms, elements, light or darkness, just nothing. its by mere luck that there is anything... just wondering i guess, if anyone has dwelled on this topic

also, what if time travel happened and we went so far back or forward that we went into this nothingness

the universe exists as is proven by your thoughts
the universe does not stem from nothingness nor do any of the dimensions
but rather from life
 
thats nice but you seem to be thinking on a religous level, im thinking scientifically, just the thought of NOTHING sends shivers down my spine
 
there was nothing
then the big bang
then everything from nothing, and time lest we forget time!
the entire universe from nothingness, expanding into nothingness. its mind boggling.

if before teh big bang there was nothing, then what caused the big bang!? and what exactly is NOTHING? how big is nothing? nothing is kinda the same as infinity in my mind. well i suppose it is infinite.
