On Wednesday 4th of March 2043, John Titor (Real initials, A.J.) was arrested at his home on the Fort Deiterling A.F.B, Wyoming.
Being accused of grand theft, theft, mis-direction of funds, temporal misinformation and assault of a superior officer. He was taken and tried (under Dir. 23/451/661/circ.) for the offences.
A.J was found guilty on all counts except that of assaulting a superior officer, he was cleared on grounds of 'Gross Provocation'.
Air Chief Marshall Sir Huw ap Gruffydd of the Independent board of Air Service Personel, flew from R.A.F Brentwood in the U.K to hear the case.
A.J. was sentenced to 5 years compulsory re-education at the U.S.A.F holding facility in Lithuania. He was also reduced to the rank of Un-provost and prohibited from access to temporal devices be they remote, passive or active.

It's patently nonsense, Chrono tells me that on that exact date in 2043 CE John Titor was pi$$ed out of his tiny time travelling mind on Lunarium juice - and Chrono knows because he was there with him and they'd just had a milk race over Britney Spears. So no, it is fake. Although Chrono says they could have been arrested for 'being gross' - arf. At which point I set the nanobots off in my head onto him again.

And don't forget, unlike Baby Jesus - Chrono does NOT lie.

Unless he can possibly get away with it or deliberately avoid the question at any rate.
