In my uneducated opinion' date=' i personly dont think that deminsions move at all. Its like space. Space is there and we pass through it. Deminsions are the same exept layerd one on to another. Just a thought[/quote']Interesting, however, if the universe is expanding, would the universes also be expanding? Do we consider that expansion movement?
How string theory is related to time travel: gravity. Each particle contains a gravitational force. I can't take credit for stating so, though. I looked it up.

From what you said. "The universe is expanding, it that movement?". Yes and no. Think of a car or train. From the outide i seems as if the car or train is mooving super fast, but from the inside point of veiw, everything within it is still. But like in a car or train, we can look out the window and see that we are infact mooving in comparison to the road and other cars, even tho you feel like you are not moving. I hope that makes sence.Interesting, however, if the universe is expanding, would the universes also be expanding? It seems interesting , but please explain more about the rooms in house example given .But, back to its ACTUAL application for time travel, string theory is more like a tangible yet untagible dimension across the many streams of time. Think of the world lines congregating into one big house, string theory is explains that the rooms ARE THERE, but depending on ones choices, they will become visible/accessible.
