Is an Octopus an Alien?

No. I have never tasted aliens yet. It is something I have thought about in my lifetime. Especially now as obesity is commonplace , are we being fattened up before the cull. We are getting to be a large population and might be a food source of a more dominant alien species. We probably were supposed to raise the lions to enjoy antelope and grow massive antelope herds but didn't.

Now we need to be careful when they ask , we'd like to have you over for dinner.

Have you never had the dream of large piles of antelope stacked for export onto alien ships?

The Lions were our helpers to usher vast herds to the pickup areas. The stacks were orderly , neat , tied by each leg piled in rows.

Our reason to be on Earth was to grow the food. Instead we grew a civilization.

Your Octopus is the water creature and our knowlege base isn't full yet. It does have a similar trait in growth with Earth animals. The eight instead of four extremities is curious.

I never considered DNA for species identification. I took a test a few weeks ago for native DNA and found that I'm 19% native here. I believe that I'm more but there are markers that are global to all humans and not exclusive. We are a single species going through lineage.

That animal , if earthly , may have DNA issues due to it's survival from very early history of the planet, missing global extinctions that our present animals adapted from.

The point is that playing pool on a pool table and striking the white ball with the tip. If struck in the midde it pushes the ball without effect to rotation. Slightly off center speeds the white ball in that rotation struck causing a spin. The last extinction they claim was an asteroid near gulf of Mexico. The chance that the asteroid hit square to the path not effecting the rotation of Earth is impossible , except that it was so very close to the equator. There wa a tsunami that they recorded a difference.

I have believed that the Dinosaurs extinction happened due to gravity making it hard to move. Like the long necks had the problem of reaching branches or even lifting their heads. Giant Bat like creatures needed to fly but could not so they became Bipeds scavenging carcasses to survive and eventually becoming the Apes and ....

Anyways most could not survive even plants and trees could not hold upright large size due to low gravity from before now an extreme force. The extinction effect missed the blue whale and whales in general somehow and giant mushroom species exist underground.

This DNA might need to be looked at from those perspectives. I am believing that you might be onto something here.

Just one problem with following anything that I say is , I have no scientific background or education that would be of noteworthy reputation in this field.

I speculate using intelligent reasoning that is often outside the box.

Is any life really from Earth? Or did life originate elsewhere in the Cosmos? If so, then an Octopus would belong on Earth just as much as we do, but, was from a different region of space.

We apparently came from spores from space, so it wouldn't be far fetched to assume the same for Octopii..Octopuses..whatever the plural is. lol.

This isn't an octopus. I just Don't know what to say about this post. I've seen men in black , the movies , they mistreated aliens a lot in those movies. I just get this feeling that this video isn't staged , camera trickery.I saw a movie by peter jackson that maybe argues a point of this video. There is a claim of brains being missing and the peter jackson movie seemed to be in search of brains . The movie was called bad taste and if you saw it then maybe you'll understand the comparison.
