I don't think anyone cares, if someone wants to waste their time pretending and playing little fairy tale games nobody will ever be able to stop that. Not to mention Hacking is illegal and you probably wouldn't know what to do with just an IP address anyway.
So lets save everyones time and let this thread die peacefully never to be brought up again. I have compassion and mercy for anyone who thinks better of themselves or gains self esteem from pretending to be something they are not. People do it all the time in everyday life, why should these forums be any different?

hey there hmmm.
I just read this thread and i was wondering what do u do for a living, I'm currently in college in Europe and I'm take a course in programming and electronic comunications. But its not easy having a full time job (to pay my tuition) and going to class, and therefore
I have flunked a few a classes /ttiforum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
I was wondering id u could suggest a few things that I could do to understand more the ip addresses and programming, u know, books, websites all that stuff...
Just out of curiosity can u tell what country i'm from just using my ip?

IP addresses are the ways computers route information on the internet. everytime you goto www.yahoo.com you're actually going to an IP address, but a DNS Server on the internet says "if someone types in yahoo.com we are going to send them to 66.94.234.13"
You are from Portugal according to your IP address. the way I figured this out, I ran a trace to your ip from my computer and looked at the last hop which was a .pt specifically you look to be connecting on a dialup connection possibly to telepac.net but I can't confirm the dialup provider.
There is a ton of information on the web about all of this, however, you need to be more specific if you want real answers, feel free to ask away and I'll answer the best I can.
