If your intentions would be to change events you would need to do it in complete Stealth or in Disguise. You would be the whisper & the Subtle influence. Before I travel in time physically I will Create either an invisibility device or a shape shifting device to ease my voyage. If I am to travel in time through Mental and or Astral travel, I will not need such devices.
