In the early 2000s, Anyone know or hear of someone named Machen? He has said to traveled from the future and came back to the early 2000s and that "I'm part of a group of students and we're here to observe your time period, to study you." "Yes, we're wearing clothing from this time period to blend in." I'm quoting someone else that quoted Machen and have asked the person that knows of what Machen said from Art Bells Coast to Coast radio broadcast to come here.
