I’m waiting on a signal to post a “time travel” claim and have a few questions for you folks.

Hello, TTI visitors. After discussing the potential benefits and risks of using this forum for my specific purpose with a very kind and knowledgeable TTI staff member, I’ve decided that TTI is indeed the best place for both my critically important posts and the intriguing but not-so-serious posts. I’ve looked through the forum here, and while I’m unimpressed with the effort that time travel claimants put in to their stories, I am highly impressed with the intellectual rigor, curiosity, and academic knowledge that is possessed by forum members posing questions for claimants.

Some of the first posts will not be very satisfying for viewers and forum members, as they will be half duplex, unencrypted, plaintext ASCII messages for fellow “time travelers” (for lack of a better term) who will likely be disoriented from their trip. Contrary to popular belief, using dark web back channels will not help us avoid detection when we start arriving; we use old school communication methods coupled with simple spycraft, and compartmentalization of our arrivals so a few getting caught wouldn’t give five eyes the whole picture or even help them locate others. Part of my job as a forward scout (I’m also a medic and CBRN specialist) is to make sure all the equipment is prepared for when they arrive, and to remind them what to do because the journey almost always disorients a traveler substantially.

The American NSA still can’t crack one time pads. They can run their quantum computers over it and try to brute force it based on the source material, but that’s assuming the OTP was made with pseudorandom integers. The only way they can crack it is by having physical possession… We will see if they manage to get possession in a day or two when I get my next order!

Adding a little bit of color for those unfamiliar with OTP's.
If done right, a One Time Pad (OTP) will perfectly encrypt whatever message is inside it.

The only requirements are that the message be no longer than the length of the pad, that the pad should be generated at random, and then destroyed once decrypted.

When a message is perfectly encrypted it's the same as saying "There are infinite combinations that can produce this output."
Which is why OTP's, when used properly, cannot be cracked even with quantum computing. Because you can never ascertain with certainty what exactly the decrypted message is, until you have a second piece of information (the OTP).

Thanks! I’m being a bit defiant by posting methods that we’re using, but I’d like to be able to keep interested parties on this board vaguely informed of what we’re doing, while gently informing the ever-vigilant big brother government that an arrival is about to occur. 2024 was chosen in part because “the computer” (a developing NSA/CIA/NRO/NGA-joint classical/full quantum mainframe surveillance data consolidation/analytics system capable of detecting arrivals from elsewhere due to its knowledge of every move of every citizen and recognition of anomalies) has not been connected to imaging and communication intelligence satellites yet… They’re too busy using the limited (soon to be vastly improved) processing power to track aerial threats. We can’t use or be around cell phones, but we will be using an ultra-narrow band satellite constellation for instances when we need to use the public phone exchanges.

OTPs are a critical part of our initial communications protocols, and we go a step further by using individualized substitution cyphers to give us a few extra minutes or hours in case we’re caught with a decoded message… This is a precaution which is only taken for the people arriving immediately after the trip; we have something called a PCD which allows us to communicate with each other and with command using a process which I can’t get specific about involving subatomic particles, certain quantum properties, and a synthetic form what you currently call the psi property of human consciousness.

I hope this info is of interest to someone on these boards… I’m posting here primarily for historical purposes, like a journal. I’m still waiting to post the instructions for our quite probably disoriented arrivals… The first thing they’re instructed to do is seek out this message board and flow the instructions I’m yet to post so they know how to proceed.

Hello, I'm new here and I'm trying to understand everything that's going on in this forum.
From what I understood with my broken English, you're directly involved in a project that can send messages to other time travelers. This project involves a quantum computer and can send short messages to other time travelers, right?
What's the purpose of these messages?
If you're going to change something, are you creating multiple realities, or using the closed circuit of time and space?

Dude, can you point me in the right direction please.
