Dragonfly' is there a robot's consortium placed well into the future?

Does this consortium take over, where the known by Betty Luca God Angelic consortium, may have left the planet?

Are the future robots left as caretakers of mankind, as at a far future date, even the Lizarians can not take care of mankind, as they too have then serious personal development issues, please and thank you?
