I am personally intent on privatizing the field of time travel, as to prevent an apocalypse caused by an predicted apocalyptic event causing people to time travel to the past, and overpopulate and starve the world in every moment in time.

Aha! Okay I understand now.Part of the restructuring we're doing at the end of the month will eventually include a proper database of those patents (despite there only being four; I think I've seen them all before while researching).
