History BOT pros semis and bots

In the era that this post is being made, there are inequities, in the structure of how things are done.

In hospitals, registered nurses, have the most education, however their practice application to their job, is not always properly applied.

There is a caste system, there, with the R.N.s telling the license practical nurses what to do then the LPNs, pass these orders onto orderlies, which it seems the brunt of the work goes to.

This ends up later, as the practical nurses, sitting on their buts most of the time, with LPNs and orderlies stuck with all of the physical labor.

Depending upon the facility that this systems is at, there may or may not be consternation.

Some of this, revolves around what is known as the Peter Principle, where people in highly placed jobs, are pushed up to higher administrate positions, whether they have earned it or not.

In the military, there is the enlisted man and then there is the officer, who is either an academy graduate, or product of reserve officers training, which is a division of asking of duties, from each sect.

The combat soldier, in his or hers vested experience, has accumulated a tremendous amount of experience, in their applications to their duties.

Where the training of an officer might be an arduous task, one often finds, that if an inexperienced officer, is placed within a battle situation, that they sometimes panic, as they might not at times, have the all encompassing experience, of the enlisted man.

The experienced soldier, at times has it over the officer, as their experience plunges them into the practical environment of battle.
This course of experience, where a junior officer, might not be battle hardened at all.

The development of bots, robots, synthoids and androids, in both frame carried and walking prototypes, may observes these differences, as bots have a tendency to be analytical, where as a human, often times is judgmental.

It may have been with time, that these bots saw, that this caste system was in-efficient, so sought to act as a modulator, as they perceived humans as not uniform, in their manufacture, which might be how robots perceive humans to be?

Please note that in the real Star Wars era of time, where robots and droids, served in almost an associate capacity to mankind and offworld beings then, that there may have been a bot use callus, built up by the original users of bots.

This experience, might be considered an advantage of this time, as if you recall, in the very first of the Star Wars series, C3PO, says to Master Luke, "If you will not be needing me any more, I will now shut myself down"?

Master Luke, says yeah, go ahead and C3PO shuts himself down, to save power.

The projections by any future society, to where robots become a problem, might be based on these differences.
