Graphic novel -needs a time machine

Temporal Novice
My name is Thomas Cochrane. I edit a not for profit arts web site (www.surfaceonline.org).
I am developing a graphic novel called 'The Fat Man' - Concerning a MI6 spy in deep cover - the strip is set in the undercover world of modern Britain. It involves an top secret Time project in Eastern Europe (Ukraine) first developed by the Nazi's and then taken over by the Soviets. Everyone who has the slightest idea that the project exists has been purged. Only a small team of geriatric German/Russian scientists are in a small complex disguised as a decommisioned Soviet nuclear power station.

In developing the strip I feel I need someone to help as a 'consultant' on the design and use of the time traveling element of the story. There is no money involved (sory but if you have every tried to self publish you will know there is no money in it.) there is of course full credit given to the 'Time Travel consultant' in the strip credits.
I need someone with enginering or physics suggestions and ideas - not someone to write the plot.

You can see the very high standard of the work so far at www.surfaceonline.org - The Fat Man.

Any enginering or physics ideas or thoughts are welcome.
