Going back in time

Hello, this is my first time posting after browsing for a while.

I have a question about Astral Projection. Can you interact with anyone, or is it viewing only? I want to go back to 1994 to get a name of someone, but i would need to talk to the person to actually get the name.

Is this possible? Would love to talk to someone who has actually done Astral Projection.

Yes, you can communicate with them but in my experience whether they interact with you as a result or not is dependent on them and not you. I have successfully sent communications to people who responded but they didn't respond immediately. I had to play the waiting game to wait and find out whether they successfully received those communication or not - they did.
