just a simple question for anyone who wants to answer, mainly for those who make claims of being time travelers,

my name is Bob (not my real name but who cares) and i have a great deal of knowlage in into the dynamics of "Time Travel"
and i have few problems with those who claim to be "True Time Travelers",

1. if you really are from the future and your telling people in mass numbers that your from the future wouldn't you be violating several Temporoal laws that prohibit such contamination of the timeline,

2. by breaking these laws your not at all worried about creating temporal paradoxas and sinular events that disrupt the timeline and offset history, and isn't one of the very first laws for time Travel "Do not Tamper with history past present or future" and in which the only thing you can do is observe and Not engage in time altering events such as "Telling People That your from the future"
because by doing such you imediatly change the course of history, no matter how small it changes.

3. if your truly from the future why have you chosen to come to the 20th century, what purpose does it serve,

4. if you go around telling people your from the future how come you then don't produce any Physical Evidance of this fact is it because your not really form the future and your just pathetic
and still live i a basement,

5. you never tell how you mad the trip, you always make some stuid meandering excuse about alien's again back to the basement quote, i mean once you've told someone your from the future you might as well tell them how you did it i mean you've already contaminated the space time continum so why not go into detail instead of making up radiculiss crap about Aliens (basement)

these are just five questions i thought would be most controversal so i picked them to ask, you can reply or not i'm just asking not answering.
 
1. it only matters if you significantly alter things. it is ok if you don't alter anything significant because just by being here you are altering something.
being on a forum isn't telling people in mass numbers


2. there are no such things as paradoxes. if the changes are only small then it is acceptable


3. I was sent here by the government to recover lost historical information


4. I don't give you physical evidence because I have no way that I can. I don't have a scanner on my computer and I don't think my superiors would let me anyway

5. I have already said how I made it here. I was teleported here.

Ans, Yes you would and this is illegal.

There are organizations such as Earth held time police, which will note of this before this event happens and you will be intercepted.

Futhermore, singular events that disrupt the timeline and offset history and isn't one of the very first laws for time Travel "Do not Tamper with history past present or future"?
In this situation which the only thing you can do is observe, not engaging in time altering events such as "telling People That your from the future"?
However' because by doing such you immediately change the course of history, no matter how small it changes?

Ans, Not so much is you are from the future in an enlightened period of time.
This would be say if you were on a historical fact finding mission only.

Ans, I'm not being smart; but their purposes?

Ans, your question as this question is self and does not make any sense.

Answer, I think your nuts, however the middle part of this group of sentences, on varaiting timelines, sometimes timelines varaite all by themselves.

2.There is not an output data mission, which tells exactly how many aliens per-say time travel, there is only an estimation, say if a person would be bright enough to pick up a book??
 
Expect to get several different, possibly conflicting replies. I leave it up to you to make a choice.

No one can be told what the matrix is...you have to see it for yourself.

1. Travellers come from such varying timelines and worldines, and with much disinformation out there. Who's to be believed? I'm from the Now. I originated from the year 1979, via the year 2003.

I estimate a 1% divergence due to my arrival. This is due to a large disbelief in the mechanics of travel on this worldline.

2. There are inherent paradoxes that time travellers are aware of. These are well documented, I recommend brushing up on them. I will do likewise. Paradox vortices are very dangerous.

3. Any divergence from a worldline results in the traveller having to readjust to new temporal coordinates. This results from using "the future" or hyperspace as a means of travel. I didn't choose the 21st century. My parents did.

4. Why would I want to have physical evidence that I was from the future? Wouldn't it be better to leave subtle clues behind for the clever to unravel? I think there are greater concerns than if a stranger is lying to them on the internet. Particularly one who claims to be a time traveller. What would qualify as physical evidence? Something that could potentially contaminate a timeline?

5. I believe "Well, if you don't know, I'm not going to tell you" suffices. We use the Bill of Rights in Time Travel as well. I plead the fifth.

I don't have literal answers yet, I'm still studying.

Errr no buddy, this is just a way for charlatan time travellers to evade giving proper evidence they are from the future. Your 'subtle clues' are subjective, so concrete evidence is needed else you are considered a fraud.
 
What is the next major event in World or US history that would be promiment?

Something on a widescale.

Describe it a bit. If it happens, I will believe you.


Personally, I don't fully believe in timetravel just yet.

and then: the molecule that started the famous hurricane xxxx...wasn't there.
In a static time/space continuum -single universe-, every change in energy or mass balance is a paradox. This is basic logic, regardless of what we have all "learned" from sci-fi.

However, say that you're right, then time is either a sentitient entitity (limited -or not-, but capable of changing it internal workings) , or would under the control of another being.
Another option would be the 'paralel-universe-escape', as some other members have called it.

Why don't you go to Kinko's Copy and have em scan it for ya. Or even the public Library has that feature nowadays. Lemme guess, your superiors don't let you have desert until you eat all yer greens.
 
A real Time Traveler wouldn't let you know he/she was a time traveler. what pupose would it serv?

I agree with you. Unless they had a sense of humor and wanted to become a pain in the arse for their superiors.
If they did post something, I am sure it would be once, since whatever reason they came back to this time would not to be playing around in chat forums, or drawing any attention to themselves as time travellers.

What would be an interesting idea, is if there are time travellers using this forum to convey messages to each other in some type of coded format. Like a religious thread for instance. Seemingly innocent, but infused with hidden text that could be deciphered by each traveller. The address of this forum would be easy to remember for obvious reasons.
 
I agree with you on this,

I can't see how or why any time traveller would want to post their claims on a forum. It might be fun, but they could never convince anyone 100% or prove it! so what would be the point in even claiming it.

You know I belive that if someone where a time traveller than would come on here incognito. They would ask questions but would not make their first post I am from the year 2522. I am so sure they would ever reveal if they were or not.. I think you can still accomplish finding out about past events by just observing, aksing questions..It seems so many or the time travel posts the ones who are claiming are always trying to prove their claims. If they really were why would they try so hard?

Which Government? Your in Middlesborough and I know it's cold and bleek and you've got a pretty crappy football (soccer) team in the shodows of you Geordie neighbours. I'm from England aswell mate but instead of getting into fantasy land I just moved here to the beach in LA California. If you work for a government, which one? If you reply with what I expect that there is something more along the lines of the UN then kindly tell me if your a time traveller or an individual or even an echo of someone who can cross dimensions then why in the blue hell would you go to Middlesborough I mean why not say.... Hawaii or even here Los Angeles CA where you could blend in with all the other fruit loops like myself? How about the middle east or Israel and if you plan to travel the world how do you intend to go thru' all the checks we now have in case your a terrorist? What about your accent I can type extrememly fast and I talk very quickly aswell and that even go's for eating for some reason but if your way down the line and your going 'oop north' how did you manage to hang onto a basic regional dialect that is a real toungue twister and if you plan to travel with it you better be able to manipulate your mouth as even Americans have a tough time understanding British dialects?

Personally sunshine I'm 29 and travelled around a little and if I was looking for the history of 'The Golden Age' I'd get my arse to Jerusalem and get myself a computer and then get all the information I need down and bugger back from whence came and evaluate and revel in the return of knowledge and be a big muckety muck enjoying the fruits of the past you lost that would take a few lifetimes to digest than poncing around the north east of England looking at factories rain and clouds. I'd also make it a swift visit and not arse about on message boards pretending to be the wizard of oz all night long. Your also ridiculing a subject that actually has subjects around us where we could get some useful information rather than utter bollocks that your going on about. Another thing is in the future I'd be expecting us my good man to be living a darn sight longer than 70 80 odd even now with medical advances and cell study development and understanding of the human body and mind you'd be looking at breaking the 100 maybe 120 year old bracket within 100 so in looking at that why the hell would you send a 22 year old with limited training and knowledge and crucially my friend: Experience.

The biggest threat to time would be travelers that are not mentally pre-pared to travel. That is TT's that have no idea of the driving force behind time itself. Have no connection to any higher forms of conciousness. These are the people that could abuse time or have the potential to 'cock-up' in their operations. Death can easily result if TT is soley 'Technology' driven. Its a much linear way to TT and this way is also the long way. TT by the general population will only be excepted in this 'technology' way. This is why TT will only be percieved possible in the future. When in fact on an idividual level people have been doing it for years already.

These people have gone down the faster (and harder) road to access time travel. They have put in the mental work, and grown as individuals to achieve this.

This may or may not make sense. I know for a fact chrono won't understand what i am getting here.
 
And How! When I came from the Year 3033, something happened to my clothes and I arrived completely naked. I had to kick some bikers butt's in this biker bar to get his clothes, even threw a guy on the griddle...oh wait..that was in a movie. Never Mind!
