How do they do it?

Is it by the ruse of optic cables or some clever light trick?

What is this supposed to mean?

Does this add on to the debunkment of Titor?

It's fiber optic cable.

They studied the Titor Laser-Cigar Smoke photo and decided to recreate it.

Malsua used a side glow fiber optic cable and a laser pen. It's a perfect match in every aspect.
